What you hold counts
Bring the documents you have and the route gets shorter. We never send you after a paper you already own.
Name the document you are after. We chart the whole way there from what you already have, every step, office, fee and waiting period on it.
Fees shown are the published statutory ones, checked 31 July 2026.

The document you need, who it is for, and where. A first passport charts differently from a renewal, so we ask before we draw anything.

Every step in order, with the office, the fee and the wait. What you already hold is crossed off before you start.

Steps get assigned, dates get set, blockers get raised and cleared. Everyone you have added works from the same picture, and every action lands on the record.
A county licence wants the tenancy agreement for the premises. A work permit wants the contract of employment. A bank wants the directors' resolution before it opens the account. Those instruments are drafted here, and you take a copy and fill it in.
You are not browsing a shelf of blank forms somebody else wrote. You are here because a step asked you for one, and the text is already written, clause by clause, with the blanks marked: who the landlord is, what the rent comes to, when the term starts.
A copy belongs to the matter you made it on. Fill the blanks with your own facts, change a clause if the matter needs it, and take it out as a Word file. The copy records which precedent it came from and which version of it, so what you started from is answerable later.
Two things this does not do yet. A precedent is not attached to the step that needs it, so you go and find it yourself. And there is no price on one: this site publishes no pricing, and buying a single precedent is not built.
Most of compliance is not a one-off journey. It is an annual return, a monthly filing, a permit that lapses. Keeping up with the filings is what keeps a company in good standing on the register. The route ends; the year does not.
After that, each cycle opens itself as real work ahead of its deadline. It is on the record, waiting, the next time you sign in.
Not typed beside it, so the two cannot drift apart. A year nobody filed does not quietly vanish. It stands open as an unfinished matter.
So that following the law is not your job. Practitioners author them and practitioners maintain them.

Rules change mid-route. Yours keeps the ones it started under, so nothing you planned around gets rewritten beneath you.
You and whoever is helping you look at the same matter: what is done, what is next, who is on it. No status-update emails.
Every step taken, every change of plan, who made it and when, on a record nobody can edit after the fact.
Two situations, one way of working. Pick the one that sounds like you.

Hiring across a border, renewing what keeps you trading, registering something new. See what your company owes and what it takes to get there.
