What this service is

FullStanding charts the procedure for getting a document: the steps, the offices, the published fees and the waiting periods, and it keeps the record of a matter as it is walked. It is not a law firm and it does not act for you. Where a practitioner does act for you, that engagement is a separate agreement with them.

What it is not

Not legal advice. Not a guarantee that an application will succeed, and not a guarantee of how long an office will take. Routes reflect published requirements at the date shown on them, and offices change their practice without telling anybody.

Your side of it

Give accurate facts, because a route charted from wrong facts is the wrong route. Upload documents you are entitled to upload. Do not use the platform to file anything you know to be false.

The record

Actions on a matter are recorded with who took them and when, and entries cannot be edited afterwards. A correction is a new entry. This applies to us as much as to you.

Fees

Statutory fees are paid to the offices, not to us, and they are shown on a route with their source and date. What we charge for our own work is agreed with you before the work starts.

The pricing model, the billing terms and the refund rules are not yet decided.

Ending it

You can stop at any time, and your dossier goes with you. Live matters need an orderly handover, so tell us and we will do it properly rather than fast.

Governing law

Kenyan law, and the courts of Kenya.
