You did not start a business to learn which office issues what. Name the thing you need, a permit for a new hire, a renewal that keeps you trading, a registration for a new line, and we chart what it takes from where your company already stands.
Not all of it is something you went looking for. The annual return is not a destination. It is what keeps the company in good standing on the register, and it falls due on its own date whether or not anyone is watching for it.
Your company's own documents count as held, the same way a person's do. Your registration and your KRA PIN are on file once, and every route after that starts shorter.

A record of what the company holds
You do not need a pending matter to use it. Put the certificate of incorporation, the KRA PIN and the county permit in once, with the date each one runs out. When somebody leaves, the folder does not leave with them.
The contracts already drafted
When a step wants a contract of employment, a directors' resolution or a lease for the premises, the text is already written and you take a copy. Fill the blanks with the company's own facts, change a clause if the matter needs it, and take it out as a Word file. What one costs is not published yet, and buying a single precedent is not built.
